What does it mean
The company is preparing all the documents for executing a transaction for the purchase of real estate in Tenerife and signing a deed by a notary.
We do not engage in dubious transactions. Before proceeding with the purchase, we check the selected object with the help of our long-term partners – the best lawyers and tax offices on the island. So we can guarantee the legal purity of the transaction when buying property in Tenerife.
At key stages of the transaction, when personal presence and the signature of the buyer are required, our agent/s will accompany customers and clarify all the nuances and helps as a translator.
In those cases where a personal presence is not required, we act independently: we collect the necessary package of documents to complete the purchase and sale transaction, translate the documents into Spanish and do after-sales service.
